12 Steps Toward Your Dream Home
Step 1. Fill Out Our Form
Give us a call at 440-391-0060 or fill out our form to share your vision with us. Include some pictures if you can, so we can better understand your goals.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
We’ll follow up with a phone consultation to discuss your needs further. Then, we’ll schedule an in-home meeting to dive deeper into the specifics. Please note: the home consultation has a $500 fee, which will be credited towards your final payment if you decide to proceed with us.
Step 3. In-Home Consultation
We’ll visit your home to assess the space you want to transform. After measuring, we’ll discuss the budget, timeline, and materials needed to kick off the project.
Step 4. Signing The Contract
Once everything is clear, we’ll create and sign a contract. This will include an exact pricing schedule, work timeline, and all other project details.
Step 5. Design Phase
Now the fun begins! After the contract is signed, we’ll start designing your new space. You’ll see a preview of the design and have the opportunity to suggest any changes. Design work costs a 10% fee of the total estimated project.
Step 6. Pre-job Walkthrough
Before we begin, we’ll conduct a walkthrough with you to explain the next steps and set expectations for the work ahead.
Step 7. Protect Your Home
We’ll ensure the structure is safe before any demolition or construction starts. We’ll also protect areas of your home not involved in the project to minimize dust and debris.
Step 8. We Get To Work
As we work to bring your vision to life, the owner, Richard, will oversee daily progress to ensure top-quality results. You’ll stay updated at all times.
Step 9. Cleaning Done By Professionals
When the work is finished, our professional cleaning crew will come in to ensure your home is spotless and ready for you to enjoy.
Step 10. Post-Job Walkthrough
Once we’re done, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure everything looks exactly as you envisioned.
Step 11. 5-Year Warranty
Rest easy with our 5-year labor warranty, plus the manufacturer’s warranty on all premium products used. If any issues arise, reach out to us for a no-cost repair during this period.
Step 12. Follow-Up
We’re committed to your satisfaction long after the project ends. We’ll follow up with you after 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months to ensure everything is in perfect condition. Plus, we’ll schedule a 12-month check-in to address any additional needs.
